Susanne Finally, back down from the hill, Roberto dropped me off at the main building where I met Sandra, the gardener. Sandra has been gardening here for 10 years and is responsible for the rich display of colourful plants and flowers around the whole property. She also plants the kitchen garden according to the chef’s instructions and obviously loves her job.
